Hi there,

I’m certified in Medical Assistant and enjoy vegan meals. Vegan meals are rich in nutrients and low in saturated fat – which helps to improve heart health and reduce the risk of chronic diseases.

This is an hour long class and will be held at my home biweekly on Fridays at 11:00 am and go on till 12:00 pm. Please come prepared for some delicious food which is healthy too.

If you want to do a different date, please message me to find a time that works for both of us!

You will learn not only how to cook but also to understand the nutrients associated with each meal.

For any questions about the booking, you can send a message through Toodley either before or after booking this class to arrange the exact time and date that works best.
