Yay Beignet Baking Experience
In this hands-on class with Chef George, you will learn how to make from-scratch beignets two different ways using the same dough, but filled and coated with different ingredients — each yielding a completely new beignet experience.
Chef George will begin by teaching you how to prepare the subtly savory beignet dough that will yield perfectly crisp exteriors and pillowy, tender interiors once cooked. Then, you will use your handcrafted beignet dough to make bourbon beignets with our Signature bourbon praline sauce, and classic beignets dusted with powdered sugar.
